Instead of directing states to issue partial SNAP payments to cover the gap, the feds told them to shut the system off. Starting Nov. 1, SNAP EBT cards won’t reload and after Oct. 31, any unused benefits will be frozen. Please make sure those who rely on them know.

Adults stoking fire at a campus is not just childish, but cruel. Tonight the kids are sheltering in place. It shouldn't be like this.
