I am at the summit of Mt. Misery. Which sounds like I’m going through something profound, but it’s just a conservation area adjacent to Walden Pond.
It’s not even a real mountain, just a pretty modest hill. Maybe that’s the lesson for us all.

Someday I’d like to play a character in a fantasy campaign with the backstory of “Ferrier for Centaurs”. Equal parts blacksmith, doctor, and manicurist. It’s a job that would absolutely exist if centaurs did, and would make for fascinating people.
