using benzos to dye denim so i can wear the janax
The entire benzodiazepine class was discovered on accident while chemists were trying to make dye.
Methylene blue was worked up as a dye, and found to be useful for treating malaria. It did so well that another chemist tried to work up a derivative, and landed on chlorpromazine.
