It's really hard to tell at this point but I think years from now this will be one of the most destructive things that RFK Jr did at HHS.

Mammograms, FIT tests and colonoscopies, diabetes, blood pressure, depression screens. All of these are as widely available as they are because of USPSTF.
RFK Jr. has now officially stated that he will dismantle the United States Preventive ServicesTask Force (USPSTF).

This is an independent body of expert scientists who volunteer their time to review data and provide guidance to Americans on important things like cancer screenings.
Exclusive | RFK Jr. to Oust Advisory Panel on Cancer Screenings, HIV Prevention Drugs
The task force determines which preventive services insurers must cover at no cost to patients.

If you refuse to see what is happening, the cancellation of the Colbert show should open your eyes.

I want to explain to you what a censorship state looks like - where a corrupt government gives favors to media that suppresses criticism of the regime.

Kamala Harris is, by far, the kindest person I've ever met in politics & one of the kindest people I've met in life. On 3 different occasions, unsolicited, she gave me advice on grieving my mom. & she asked me about an opportunity at work months after we'd first talked about it.
Harris’ office was one of the nicest, most welcoming teams in the White House. She herself is one of the kindest elected officials I’ve interacted with.

This is bullshit.
My message to Biden aides: shut up already. Some of you never liked her to begin with & somehow held it against her for calling out Biden's praising segregationists instead of recognizing she made him a better candidate. Don't make up lies about her not being nice. She's incredibly nice.

Horsford is PISSED. This clip is worth watching.
Rep. Steven Horsford to Greer: "So the trade representative hasn't spoken to the POTUS about a global reordering of trade, but yet he announced it on a tweet? WTF! Who is in charge? I go beyond that and demonstrate how he made his fortune on other people's research — and it all originates with federal funding.

This is a good NPR piece on the lies on which Trump's tariff attack are based.
1) Far fewer deaths than Trump and @karolineleavitt claimed
2) Almost no Canadian involvement
3) Biden already made progress on reversing it

Every tariff story should start by debunking lies

Trump used fentanyl to justify tariffs, but the crisis was already easing
The White House says fentanyl smuggled to the U.S. justifies tariffs against Canada, China and Mexico. But fentanyl deaths and smuggling have been dropping fast — and Canada plays almost no role.
