I’m pretty good at fixing poorly recorded audio, but this looks like an unpolishable turd.
We have an AI soundtracked ad for a gym chain here in Belgium, and it sound astonishingly poor. Like, not technically fit for broadcast levels of poor. And no-one can fix it because it’s an impression of an advert, not a master mixed set of individual tracks…

What has Yvette Cooper’s proscription of Palestine Action done to this country?

Beyond absurd. It’s extreme authoritarianism. These police should be arresting rapists & crooks, not neglecting those duties to spend time arresting citizens standing against genocide.

It undermines police and the law.

The replies and quotes to this are really informative. I’m naive, so wouldn’t have thought of using fake candles.
This remains one of the wildest audience pitches I have ever seen to try to get normies to go watch classical music, and I can't believe it's been working like a charm in cities all across the country for like three years now.

Deleting a post about Israel “accidentally” killing international journalists because I missed that they had declared them terrorists.

Everyone involved in this genocide needs to be sent to The Hague

When Israel labeled six journalists in Gaza - incl Al Jazeera correspondent Anas al-Sharif - “terrorists” last year, press freedom groups expressed alarm.

“The fear is that these six will now possibly be targeted,” @rsf.org’s Rebecca Vincent told me at the time.

With more than 130 media workers killed, international press groups suspect Israel's accusation is intended to stifle coverage in North Gaza.

Keep the ol’ noggin tickin’ over because it will be in demand.
Can confirm.

I still reckon that when the penny inevitably drops there will be a burgeoning market for clever and creative humans to unpick the omnishambles which results... but in some cases it will be far, far too late.
Every designer and programmer you’ve ever met has had to turn down some fucking asshole’s “killer app” idea where they asked us to work for free, for the exposure, and we said no instantly because the idea was self evidently bad.

That’s why there’s a demand for AI. To realize terrible ideas.

It's hard to wrap your head around how much money $160,000,000,000 actually is.

The cost of ending world hunger and saving 9,000,000 lives per year? $30,000,000,000.

The cost of ending homelessness in the USA? $11,000,000,000.

Or you could wage war on your own population for 4x as much.
Do you think ICE needs enough money to buy 35 full-sized Nimitz-class aircraft carriers *this year*?

If not, you should probably be pretty fucking annoyed with them getting 160 billion dollars!
