Lincoln was in a battle against a malevolent foe with huge stakes and he repeatedly fired generals until he found some that could actually fight.
No one’s feelings are wrong. That’s not my point. We’re in a real battle, against a corrupt and malevolent foe, with huge stakes. We must win.

Meanwhile, people unconstitutionally seized or brutalized by ICE agents can’t sue them because there’s no private right of action for them to do that.
Buried inside the deal to reopen government is a provision that would give Senators private right of action to sue for millions in damages over their phone records being analyzed by Jack Smith's team.

Schumer 100% negotiated this "deal". He's lying to try to avoid taking heat for the Democrat surrender.
He needs to go.
He needs to go.
Schumer says he's a NO on this deal, slamming Republicans for refusing an ACA funding extension.
"Because of Republicans, Americans are going to suffer immensely as this health care crisis gets worse," he said. "Therefore, I must vote no."
He vows to bring this fight to 2026 midterms.

There has always been a stereotype that people become lawyers because they can't do math, but this is an extreme example!
At #FedSoc, just-departed Bondi chief of staff and acting DOJ No. 3 Chad Mizelle urges Congress to step up campaign to impeach federal judges who've blocked Trump policies. Mizelle also rejects Roberts' stance that rulings can't be grounds for impeachment. www.politico.com/newsletters/...
