All rules should have some reasonable exceptions and I believe you should be allowed to issue credible death threats to people who consistently make bad posts

New York City is great in many ways but "hosting large family gatherings" isn't one of them! When we moved out of the city, our families started traveling to our place for holidays a lot more often.
