After many years on Twitter, I’m pretty diligent about how I go about replies these days. My go-to when I want to send a reply is “Is this the topic and is this the vibe?” and unless I can confidently nail both those things, I move along.

Just a reminder that for most people, if you can’t afford or don’t have time to get your titers checked, you can just go straight to the booster. You should consult with a doctor first is if you have a health issue that contraindicates it, but otherwise, do what you’ve got to to get the shot.

So true! If you really like an author's (or any creator's) work, enthusiastically sharing your love will get more eyes on them and maybe even help build a lil' fandom to do fandom things in!
LRP: Word of mouth is such a powerful tool to help out authors you like for free.
I personally don't often bother reading reviews when looking for books to read, but I almost always pick up a book if a friend recommended it. Or someone with similar tastes to me says they liked it in a conversation.
