I design for it, expect it, and am still surprised every time how much of a difference it makes.
Audio will make a mediocre game into a perfect one. Always give your audio team proper respect and time to do their jobs.

There's a trend going around TikTok to have ChatGPT create visual alphabets (because the output is always full of ridiculous mistakes). I generated this one to use an example to help explain WHY AI image generators make these kinds of mistakes. It turned out even better/worse than expected.

We ran a randomized controlled trial to see how much AI coding tools speed up experienced open-source developers.

Anyways, the tell for all of this is that if your CEO has to threaten your team into using a technology?
The technology isn't useful
Nobody had to stand on artists and say "you don't get a budget increase to hire new people unless you do 20% more work with the clone brush" cus it's just useful lol

Having now done quite a bit of data gathering, I have concluded that hashbrowns inside sandwiches/wraps are almost always zero effect or negative to the end product. Outside, their crispiness and potato centers can shine and be great...inside a sandwich they just become filler. It's a shame.
