it is always worth remembering that vance made a conscious decision to be a person of low character. he has eagerly contorted himself into evil for the sake of what amounts to a whiff of power.
This is an actual exchange from a VP who took an oath to defend the constitution and, as a citizen, is expected to abide by the law.

May we one day have accountability for the grotesque lawlessness of this regime.

We were told it couldn't happen here, and then we were told when it did happen here there would be a huge outcry, and instead, it's happening here and our institutions and elites are trying their best to downplay it and describe it in their most careful inside-voice tones.
"Stop publishing the employment data because we don't like the answers economists give" and "subject the Smithsonian to searching ideological censorship because we don't like the answers historians give" all on the same day.
