I mean, who is falling for this? You can't afford a home in your city because they've all been snatched up by... recent arrivals from Honduras? Does that FEEL true? Is that consistent with anyone's lived experience?

Normally, it's a problem if you say something to a federal court then the next day go online and admit you lied, but we're only talking about the President, the DOJ, and the US Attorneys lying about his plan to illegally withhold funds to starve people, so there likely won't be any consequences.
Trump says the SNAP money that he’s been ordered by a court to release won’t be released until the government shutdown ends.

There's NEVER a situation in which a cop on horseback should riding into a guy and hitting him from behind with a long stick... but this guy is just standing around? It's not even a protest. Their team just won the World Series and they are getting a celebratory drink. What's wrong with everyone?!

Did trick or treating fully die? I moved into a house in a suburb this year and 100% expected and anticipated costumed kids at the door, yet NO ONE SHOWED UP. The street was DESERTED. Kinda bummed me out!
Last night, very few houses in our neighborhood had candy. So we let the kid stay up "late," made popcorn, opened some candy, and showed him The Addams Family for the first time (he's 6).
He fell asleep on the couch and had a brilliant Halloween 🥰 Couldn't ask for better as a parent~

Every once in a while I remember Michael B. Jordan hasn't even been NOMINATED for an Oscar yet. It's ridiculous. He's one of the best actors and biggest stars of his generation.
