the only correct opinion is that all food can be good or bad depending on preparation. espresso isn’t good just because it’s espresso and drip coffee isn’t bad just because it’s drip coffee.
Drip/pour over coffee is a very good and I want an apology from all the euros who have trashed it over the years. Especially the ones who tried to claim that an Americano is somehow an acceptable substitute
