The #1 risk to poor health, death, and disability is diet. Cutting back programs that supply food to Americans is counter to the concept of “making America healthy.” That data is readily available, I would think that someone in this admin could have easily made that connection. 🤨

A concentration camp is a facility where large numbers of people, often political prisoners or members of minority groups, are detained without legal process, typically under harsh conditions.

I kind of wish more who think radically politically & act politically enjoyed fiction. It makes me sad to see folks only read theory & nonfiction. We need to gather what can only be gained by journeying with art. I think I'll provide recommendations for fiction that pairs well with the fight here.
