in this video Vance says he doesn’t like to take ibuprofen at the first sign of pain. he likes to tough it out for a bit. they tell you not to do this on the side of the box. because if you wait until you are already in severe pain, it is far less effective!

in this video Vance talks about putting off taking ibuprofen for mild to moderate pain, waiting until he feels he HAS to have some pain relief. they tell you on the side of the box to take it “at the first sign of pain” because if you wait it’s less effective!
