The war will end when Russia stops fighting. Therefore, pressure has to be put on Russia, so that they stop believing that they will win. Why is that so hard to understand?

I'm old.

If you're not, listen to this.

Get a guitar or some drums, or a trumpet. Pick up a brush, a pencil, some clay or a welder.

Just make shit. It doesn't have to be good (eventually it will be) just make music, art or write or whatever.

It's literally never been more important.

🧵 UPDATE FOR MY BIRTHDAY:
Hi, so AI killed my career(s) and I'm still barely holding on. Some people tried to get me to start a fundraiser, but that felt weird, so I thought maybe if I was contributing something? So I started making shirts. Can you share this and maybe think about grabbing some?

The lack of short term memory in British politics at the moment is quite something. Was everyone in Number 10 in a coma for the last five years or have they genuinely forgotten how this exact same strategy worked out for the last Government?
“I believe Nigel Farage is right but don’t vote for him” seems a strange strategy for a Labour government to follow.

I just learned that Britain’s deadliest animal is the cow, killing as it does nearly 3 people each year. Not 3 whole people mind you, just nearly 3.

And if that’s not quintessentially what it’s like to be British, I don’t know what is.
