Hey NYTimes — *now* you’re lighting the beacons? NOW?!? After months of “Sauron: Avatar Of Evil… Or Extreme Uniter?” thumbsucker reporting you’re screaming what we’ve known since 2015? Fuck all the way off.

As a resident of West LA it's important to take a moment on Christmas Eve to remember those we lost in the 1988 Nakatomi terrorist attack.

But the cost of eggs!

We have an epidemic, and no one is doing anything about it. It’s tragic, and “thoughts and prayers” don’t seem to be preventing much of anything.

My biggest gripe about MAGA is that they rail against being “woke.” Being “woke” means learning from the past, changing behavior/policy to improve the lives of the marginalized, to be a better. Change is hard, and they have no interest in making any effort to be better. Oh, and they elect rapists.
President Biden at the White House Tribal Nations Summit:

"We don't erase history. We acknowledge it, we learn from it, and we remember so we never repeat it again."

The mainstream media has been letting us down for so long that we’re conditioned to it. They’ve normalized Trump’s behavior, and have helped drive what could be the collapse of our democracy.
How many questions has the legacy media asked Republicans about why they are trying to disenfranchise 60,000 North Carolina voters and steal a State Supreme Court seat?
Virtually every question today at the WH Press briefing was about the Hunter pardon, as if that is the thing the American people care about most right now. The DC press is so disconnected from the American public and serves them poorly more often than not.

You mean like whatever Russia has on Trump? I guess that’s just another line on his resumé that qualifies him for the pick. The others being drinking on the job, sexual harassment, sexual assault, his mom saying what a horrible person he is.
Trumpian acolyte Greg Kelly uncharacteristically dropped the hammer on one of the president-elect’s Cabinet picks, warning that his former network colleague—defense secretary nominee Pete Hegseth—has “serious baggage” that makes him “blackmailable.”
