BIG UPDATE TODAY: This afternoon, the ACLU filed a new "class action habeas" lawsuit in New York challenging the Alien Enemies Act removals. They are seeking a temporary restraining order which would basically replicate the same thing they previously had with Judge Boasberg's order.
NY judge will hold a hearing tomorrow at 10am on the ACLU's new lawsuit challenging Alien Enemies Act deportations of people located in that state

Judge ordered that the named plaintiffs not be removed or transferred out of his district before then
