For people who don't know this yet, this mod I created allows you to set shared areas of your rentals and community lots as multi-purpose lots, by adding the behavior of a selected lot type by lot traits, bringing NPCs and employees 🤩 #TheSims4

I don't know what gamer bros need to hear this, but women and girls playing The Sims are not, and I say again, NOT, playing it like it's a dress up doll simulator. They're out there making Jigsaw look like a rolemodel. They make GTA Online players seem stable.
