My clinic was v old school, ask for records? Fill out a paper to get a paper print out. Ask for lab results? Paper print out. Got prescribed meds? Take a paper to pharmacy.
They just got Epic & I don’t think anyone’s realized that we can see the notes they put in. Absolutely chaotic. Love it.
