I did all the mental preparation I could for my cervical check including attending a talk by nurse beforehand but that still didn't prepare me for how awful it was. I never want to do that again. I think because of my autism it's like going to the dentist - uncomfortable for others is painful for me

Finding the transition from Spotify to Apple Music very rough. I can't find any hard rock or lite metal playlists on there - everything seems to be pop or alt-pop with nothing out of the norm. I transferred my riotgrrl playlist from spotify but can't find playlists I didn't make myself.
