as an Irish American living in Ireland I don't really do thanksgiving but I did use it as an excuse today to get a large lunch at our singular Louisiana brunch spot

oh wow! my first genuine criticism of Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2! what kind of RPG doesn't let you have a hundred manual saves so you can revisit your favourite quests and dialogue? I do think it makes a save for each quest - but manual is better.

a friend of mine died following a stroke a few years ago (the anniversary was yesterday). I thought i was fine until i scrolled down a Steam page and see his icon staring back at me because he'd also wishlisted this game 😢

my parents got an aircon unit last year but it came missing the window attachment. so instead of contacting the seller for the missing part they did nothing and now we use a cardboard sheet. it does give cold air at least.

got my burn treated properly yesterday because I didn't like the way it was healing and now I have to keep it elevated. thankfully the new game mode in Marvel Rivals only needs one hand to play! also I can't believe the injury unit was free buy my local doctor is charging €40 to change wrappings 🙃
