In a country of 59 million teenagers, fewer than 15,000 receive gender affirming care. But the administration wants you to think that .025% of kids are ruining your life. Those kids don’t affect the price of eggs.

1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics.

It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

Transgender care saves lives.
Study In The Journal Of Pediatrics Finds Trans Youth Care Lowers Suicidality, Few Detransition
The groundbreaking study found that suicidality dropped for transgender youth receiving hormone therapy by nearly 70%, with only 7 patients of 432 discontinuing treatment.

The administration keeps talking about “trans ideology,” but I think a better discussion would be about the rampant pedophilia ideology that has taken over the government.

We're all just exhausted and when the baby is sleeping the crying and tantrums and throwing things stops and we can catch a nap.

"He's finally down?"
"Out like a light."
"Thank god."
"You say that, but it's your turn to change him when he wakes up."

For @msnbc.com I wrote about how Tuesday's election gives Democrats the blueprint for overcoming Republican anti-trans attacks and how thus should settle all the talk about throwing trans people under the bus.

Opinion | Democrats’ election wins showed they don't need to hide their support for trans rights
Republicans repeated Trump's anti-trans strategy from 2024 and lost big. This should be instructive for Democrats.

I interviewed 20 Virginia House candidates over past few months. Always asked: what are you hearing on the doors?

Affordability. Good schools/no vouchers. Chaos/anxiety

No one ever mentioned hearing about trans issues - and that was GOP's dominant issue

Read @katelynburns.com's analysis. Spot on:

Trump says a key reason Republicans got shellacked was the shutdown. Trump could end the shutdown now by cutting a deal with Democrats to make health care affordable for millions of Americans. He won't do it because he doesn't want to give Dems a win in Congress. He doesn't care if people suffer.
