I think one reason going to theater feels so good right now is that I can see people who REALLY want to hear other people's stories in order to understand them better. As opposed to seeing them on the street, deciding they don't belong, and violently throwing them to the ground and kidnapping them.

my therapist said I am feeling overwhelmed and need to scale things back even more than i have tried in the past couple of weeks and idk man I don't feel any less stressed yet 🫠
