Salvation Army seen feeding ICE today. For anyone who doesn't already know about their bigotry, here is more, No need to give them your money this Christmas, or ever.
It’s dinner time for the police. Appears to be pizza from a Salvation Army van.

Broadview’s “free speech” curfew starts soon, at 6pm.

Hoping Governor Hobbs does something like this in AZ.
NEW: Colorado Gov. Polis executive order on COVID vaccines. It effectively grants a prescription to whoever wants the vaccine, allowing them to get vaccinated without a doctor visit.

State-regulated health plans would be required to cover the cost. Some employer health plans may not have to.

Antivaxxers are going to take away our access to vaccines.
Robert Malone is going to be making decisions about your vaccines. He's the guy some of us begged everyone not to underestimate, not to shrug off, but instead we were lectured about fearmongering. "I told you so" doesn't even begin to cover this one.

There is no rationale for removing every member of the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP) and replacing them, except for RFK Jr. to appoint members who spread disinformation.

I am *disgusted* by Republicans for letting this happen to the U.S.

I think RFK Jr appeals to 3 groups of people

1. People who think the "MAHA" movement sounds good without really knowing what any of it means

2. People who like conspiracy theories, fringe science, and are antivaxxers

3. Eugenecists who believe that the disabled and sick are better off dead
I wish more people would just realize what a fucking sack of shit the guy is…this isnt normal, his level of distain towards people

A reminder to reporters: Because Trump tariff numbers are made-up nonsense, using the phrase “reciprocal tariffs” is lying to your audience. The phrase itself is propaganda. They are not reciprocal.

Bobby Brain Worms doesn’t have any training in animal husbandry, epidemiology, or genetics. But, he probably read a few debunked articles on the internet (“doing his own research”) and thinks he is qualified to make an assessment (an utterly baseless one) on how to deal with avian flu strains.
RFK Jr. & his brain worm would just like to remind everyone that he doesn’t give a flying fuck.

‘If H5N1 were to be allowed to run through a flock of 5 million birds, “that’s literally 5 million chances for that virus to replicate or to mutate,” Dr. Hansen said.😱

RFK Jr.’s Prescription for Bird Flu on Farms: Let It Spread
The health secretary has suggested allowing the virus to spread, so as to identify birds that may be immune. Such an experiment would be disastrous, scientists say.

I've met with many cabinet nominees across many admins, and my meeting with RFK Jr. was by far the most troubling.

He rattled off debunked conspiracy theories & lied to my face—denying his own statements he'd made on record. We cannot confirm an anti-vaxxer as Secretary of Health.

To close out 2024:

Vaccines save millions of lives every year.
Raw milk still isn’t safe.
Podcasts aren’t fact-checked.
Seed oils don’t cause cancer.
Everything is chemicals.
The dose makes the poison.
Using the word “toxic” without context is a red flag of pseudoscience.
