For an introvert, the real gift is finding someone whose presence feels calming instead of draining. Some people make you feel light and safe, while others drain your energy within minutes. Time with the right person feels effortless, with the wrong person it feels like a marathon

Littleproud, Ley & Tehan are having trouble selling their dud no net zero policy

No clear answers, lots of grand statements & 'what ifs'

None of them will answer questions properly in interviews, just trying to bluff their way through

Not cutting the mustard at all

Petition for men to stop enabling predatory behaviour in every sphere of life and start calling their mates out and for our justice system to stop being sympathetic to perpetrators and for media to stop writing articles just asking questions about women daring to raise their voice - in every sphere.

And yet they still don’t get it. And let’s be real “Christians” actually ignore most of their book too. Because there is no hypocrisy quite like Christian hypocrisy.

Whenever I read studies
with findings such as:
“Alzheimer Disease Patients
Who Survived COVID-19
Have Rapid Disease Progression
and a Higher Risk of Death
at 5-year Follow-up,”
I am reminded
that none of us have truly
“Survived COVID-19,”
we are still just trying to survive it.

The ocean has been hoarding heat. Now it is building up a massive 'burp.'
Even if humans cut emissions enough to reduce global temperatures, new research shows the Southern Ocean could kick warming back into gear.

Like the old argument. If we tax our resources, the companies will go elsewhere? Do they know that the resources are here right? And not elsewhere? Where will they go?
"The miners will scream. The captured press will print their talking points. The Minerals Council will commission studies proving that apocalypse awaits if we tax them fairly...

What we need is the spine to reject a century-old deal that was rotten from the start."

It has been reasonably clear for some years that protecting the environment and mitigating climate change is not a priority for Labor. However now it is absolutely clear. I hope that drives voters away from them in droves to the greens, teals and progressive independents.

The electorate voted for a senate that has a majority of ALP and Greens.

Murray Watt and the ALP are choosing instead to write laws that will please the LNP and mining companies.

This is not the outcome a majority of Australians voted for.
I’m getting weary of this. This government is representative of what the people of this place want. The argument is with all of us. Turning it into a constant personalised political snipe belittles the nature of the problem.
Thanks to Murray and his ALP pals, weather reports like this will become increasingly scary and weird

This is how normalisation works — silence and denial. Simply stop acknowledging that COVID exists.

Parents deserve to know when a contagious virus that can cause long-term harm is spreading in classrooms.
