so trump call an end to stop start technology in cars... i guess by giving American motorists choice in burning fuel or else, means they are no longer forced to chose a fuel type?
Will the USA become the next Cuba of the car world as the world moves forward with EV and Hybrid tech?

Tesla Semi specs are finally official and it’s brutal: 1,073 hp from three motors, 325 miles (Standard) or 500 miles (Long) at full 82,000-lb gross, sips 1.7 kWh/mile like it’s on a budget run. Nevada production starts this year. why no real metrics like Km and Kg Tesla?

Royal Enfield have announced their first #EV motorcycle, Flying Flee C6 is almost ready for production. cant confirm range or power, obviously designed as a commuter, urban motorcycle. based on Indian (the nation) pricing around $2700USD. I Like it! @electrifythis.bsky.social

I don’t think many understand the significance of this. Especially when many in the USA as hate on China for its surveillance and monitoring of its residents. This is some North Korea level shot.

Would you buy an #EV with 1500Km range? if, a version was made with say 700km, would you prefer that option if it was cheaper for the same car?

Toyota are making an #EV replacement for the SUV Kluger...
great..

Just wont be coming to Australia... evcentral.com.au/that-sucks-a...

I guess Toyota ar not know for willingly moving to EV anything..
That sucks! After all that build-up, Toyota says Australia is off limits for the new battery electric Kluger seven-seat SUV - EV Central
The seven-seat battery-electric Toyota Highlander EV has been launched in the US, but the all-electric successor to the Kluger sold locally will remain forbidden fruit for Australian buyers.

I wonder if those who ask about end of life disposal of Wind turbine blades consider the end of life of a Coal mine? and the mountains of toxic ash they produce? or do they go the same place their fuel comes from? another imaginary dimension...

I stopped counting but there are now close to 70 independent studies all coming to similar conclusion:

“Hydrogen boilers […] remain economically unviable.”

This is what this paper which I had not yet read found comparing a range of heating technologies.

What's the biggest killer on Australia's roads?
#1 Exhaust pollution.
#2 large SUVs and Utes killing pedestrians.

Not E-scooters.

The Kia EV4 just landed in Australia:
Under $50k and up to 612km WLTP.

I break down pricing, range, charging, and whether this is the EV for people who don’t want “EV personality energy.”

Toyota newest #EV, the Highlander, or replacement for the Kluger, wont be coming to Australia... shame, because its actually not bad looking for a Toyota. due in 2027, so keeping with the tradition of long range press releases. 77kWh battery, not expecting good range. it is a chunky thing.
