Tilda Swinton. Every single day it would be Tilda Swinton. The breadth of her repertoire, how hard she works, I would never tire of her oeuvre.
This is a Bill Simmons game, but you’re stranded on a desert island. You can only have one actor’s filmography. You get it all, including cameos. But just the one performer.

I’m taking Cate Blanchett: Talented Mr. Ripley, LOTR, Life Aquatic, Black Bag, Tár, Ponyo, Hot Fuzz, Eyes Wide Shut, Thor

I've had a missile blow up next to my airplane, been shot at dozens of times by anti-aircraft fire, and launched into orbit — all for my country. I never thought I'd see a President call for my execution.

Trump doesn’t understand the Constitution, and we're all less safe for it.

How a flawed idea is teaching millions of kids to be poor readers
For decades, schools have taught children the strategies of struggling readers, using a theory about reading that cognitive scientists have repeatedly debunked. And many teachers and parents don't kno...

I’m disappointed the CNCF keeps picking deep red states for #KubeCon. It’s unsafe for so many community members. Why not Canada or Mexico?

(Next 2 in North America are Salt Lake City again and New Orleans)

In my area of London every year we get more and more trick or treaters. I love it. Halloween is one of the highlights of autumn for me. And I will tell you: british kids absolutely love Curly Wurly’s.

COUNT I

Kat Abughazaleh did, while law enforcement was in heated pursuit, paint what appeared to be the entrance to a cave on a sheer rock wall, causing law enforcement to forcibly bonk into said wall.

COUNT II

The same thing on a different wall, but then a train came out and ran us over???

New from me:

Elite law firms, multiple media outlets, the D.C. attorney general, and a group of parents accused a teacher of molesting 15 kids. They were wrong.

This piece is two-and-a-half years in the making. And as you'll see, it took some incredible turns, even as I was reporting it.
Accusing Jordan Silverman
A D.C. teaching assistant was accused of molesting up to 15 kids. Multiple law enforcement agencies cleared him. But his nightmare was just beginning.

I visited Montreal for the first time this past week for a work offsite. I had 3/4 seasons in one week, but I was prepared. And I loved Montreal. Such an incredible city.
And I escaped without getting a deadly wasp sting (end of season wasp action was insane) or eating Poutine.
9/10. Will return.
