I agree – given Musk’s deep involvement in anti-science and anti-equality efforts in the USA, the Royal Society should concede his actions are at odds with continuing tenure with their society.

Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau's newest executive order has gone into full effect today with the name change of the 'United States of America', to the newly named ‘North-Mexican Riviera'. The new name will not change for user in the U.S, but users outside the U.S. will now see both names.

Trump has now asked Elon Musk to examine US defence spending. Elon Musk’s companies have multi billion dollar contracts with the Department of Defense and are seeking more. The BBC’s Today Programme just reported the first part, without mentioning the second. Unacceptable

BBC headline tells us "Art fans from UK to be charged more to visit Louvre than those from EU". Well, all citizens from countries outside the EU are to be charged the higher ticket price. Far from being singled out for punishment the UK is being enabled to enjoy its Brexit freedom.

Heard from inside the National Cancer Institute, part of NIH — travel through April is canceled. Purchasing with government card is frozen. All public comms are off limits. Can’t even submit abstracts to future meetings. Can’t submit *manuscripts* for publication. All hiring activity frozen. Fuck.
