It is both ethically wrong & fundamentally anti-democratic for one man to command this much wealth and power.

I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this video.
I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.
But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.

<div class="field field-field-text"><p>Israeli forces killed three Palestinians across the Gaza Strip, including one who died from wounds sustained in an earlier air raid, in yet another breach of the fragile ceasefire.</p>
<p data-end="581" data-is-last-node data-is-only-node data-start="306">Israeli warships unleashed heavy gunfire off the coast of Gaza City, further undermining the already crumbling truce. Here are some of the other ceasefire violations Israel has carried on Friday:</p>

<p>Israeli forces bombed the Shuja'iyya and Tuffah neighbourhoods east of Gaza City. Al Jazeera’s reported that the occupation army demolished residential buildings amid intense artillery shelling, marking yet another breach of the ceasefire.</p>

<p>Heavy artillery fire and gunfire were reported east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. According to Al Jazeera’s correspondent, Israeli helicopters have been attacking the area since last night in clear defiance of the truce.</p>

<p>Only a limited number of food aid trucks entered Gaza through the Kissufim crossing. <p>The report said that Israel conducted air strikes on refugee camps in central Gaza, in a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement.</p>
<p>Two Palestinians were also killed by Israeli forces in the Sha'af area of the Tuffah neighbourhood east of Gaza City, Baptist Hospital reported.</p>

<div class="field field-field-text"><p>Search and rescue teams in Gaza recovered at least 35 bodies of <a href="https://www.middleeasteye.net/countries/palestine" target="_blank">Palestinians</a> killed by <a href="https://www.middleeasteye.net/countries/israel" target="_blank">Israeli</a> forces in the early hours following the military’s withdrawal from most urban areas on Friday morning.</p>
<p>The majority of the bodies were found in Gaza City, which had been the focus of intensified Israeli air strikes in recent weeks.</p>
<p>After troops pulled back from parts of the city, residents reported widespread destruction across entire residential blocks.</p>
<p>Mahmoud Basal, spokesperson for Palestinian Civil Defence in Gaza, described “massive destruction” across the besieged enclave during on-ground inspections.</p>
<p>He warned that ordnance and explosive robots remain in the area, urging civilians to stay clear of such objects as they pose a serious danger to life.</p>
