Are you allowed another tweeprint for a revised preprint? Anyways, it's been a year since we first put out PhysMAP (I also do [many] monkey experiments!) and thanks to some excellent reviews + additional co-authors, we're really excited about where we've landed! www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

First published paper from the depaqlab, led by the supernatural @ryguy.io! Glad to add a new software resource to the neuro community for fitting SSMs, including hierarchical models and switching GLMs, and many others! If you love Julia and SSMs, this is for you!
🚨🚨🚨NEW PAPER ALERT🚨🚨🚨

We present StateSpaceDynamics.jl, an open-source Julia package for fitting probabilistic state-space models (SSMs)—including non-conjugate models like Poisson LDS and switching variants (SLDS). Python has had existing packages that have given this functionality...

I am one, but it’s not about me: we have been speaking out because of the ongoing damage to US medical research, cancer and Alzheimer’s research.

Still think brain regions don’t exist? That everything is everywhere? That cell types don’t matter and that everything is a dynamical phase portrait?

Wrong.

Interconnected brain modules exist at the level of fine grained transcriptomics. www.nature.com/articles/s41...
