this seems specifically designed to break mail-in voting (where deadlines are defined by postmark)
As of 12/24/25, USPS changed policy on when they postmark mail. Mail dropped off is no longer guaranteed a same-day postmark. Tax returns & other time-sensitive items are now stamped when they reach a regional processing center, which may be days later. Plan deadlines accordingly to avoid penalties.

A President's policies DIRECTLY impacting food prices? Where's the wall-to-wall coverage? Why isn't CNN scouring the countryside to talk to voters who can't afford groceries? After all, that's how they treated Biden, even though his policies boosted the economy, as opposed to kneecapping it🙃
Trump’s immigration crackdown is risking higher food prices for Americans, according to the Trump admin itself.
DOL warned in an obscure document last week that “near total cessation of the inflow of illegal aliens” is threatening “stability of domestic food production and prices for US consumers.”
Trump administration says immigration enforcement threatens higher food prices
U.S. farmers face labor shortages and potential food price hikes due to Trump’s immigration policy, the administration acknowledged in a Federal Registry document.

A good New York Times piece on Portland nevertheless demonstrates how the conventions of objective reporting fail to accurately capture the bad faith driving pro-Trump propaganda.

It is pretty galling that the Supreme Court spent four years telling Biden "you can't do that without Congress" then allowed Trump to seize a once-unthinkable amount of power from Congress within nine months and concentrate law-making authority almost entirely in the executive branch.

Today it has two.

See how this works?
1. On Monday, Trump delivered a $70 million windfall to his billionaire buddy, John Paulson.

Paulson hosted the biggest fundraiser of Trump's 2024 campaign, raising over $50 million.

This week, Trump returned the favor.

NONE of these people should have been deported without due process.

The 5th Amendment clearly says “No person shall…be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

Not “no citizen.” No PERSON. Bring them all back and give them their rights.
