Goat Cheese Mushrooms and Leek Tart:
We rolled out a puff pastry sheet from Trader Joe, topped it with stewed fresh oyster mushrooms with leaks and a bit of crumbly goat cheese and baked it 20 min at 370 F. Yumm🥂
Quick and easy. Pairs great with Chablis. 🍽️😋🥧🍴👩🍳
