Blessing for the pack I didn’t know I needed but obviously of course I do.
I don't really know why the image scrapers are being allowed to flourish here, but if you want more cats in your timeline that are being posted by their actual caregivers and/or original cat art (with ALT text) you might want to check out my starter pack! go.bsky.app/J8yqxnN

Lost access to 16yrs of followers, so if you can help spread the word on bsky, that would be amazing.

I'm giving away signed copies of my feminist YA activism handbook, Girls Resist! to young adults of the global majority (BIPOC), LGBTQIA+, & disabled youth. Thanks for helping me spread the word!

I keep thinking about those congresspeople kneeling in the rotunda wearing kente cloth scarves, very performative. There has been no loud, visible, unified support for Sarah McBride from the democrats. It’s a real disgrace. That is your colleague! They are bullying her in your faces. And silence!

Look, I can understand feeling disappointment that Sarah McBride isn’t pushing back more on Johnson’s bigoted policy.

But if you have more anger for her than you do for Johnson, Mace, the whole GOP, & the 200+ other members of her caucus that could be pushing back harder, you have weird priorities.

A good litmus tear for how informed you are about trans athletes is whether or not you previously knew that no sports governing body has ever produced a study of actual trans bodies to justify banning trans women from sports.

Matt Gaetz is awful.

He has been a MAGA sycophant from the beginning.

He has been under investigation regarding sex-trafficking laws during a trip to the Bahamas with paid escorts, sexual misconduct, illicit drug use & misuse of campaign funds.
