This may be Trump's perfect social media post. A true work of art. He confirms:

✅He personally directs criminal investigations.
✅He is targeting opponents.
✅Epstein "records" exist and he knows the contents.

Bonus points for connecting it to investigation of his fondness for Putin.👀

People often have trouble reconciling the complicated nature of individuals and ideas. We see this in American politics, where tribalism and ideological purity rule the day. However, many things exist not as black and white, but as shades of gray.

I met Jim Watson a few times but did not know him well. However, I was greatly influenced by his book “The Double Helix”. He was a complicated human being with some very, very bad features, but some good contributions.

What follows is my personal perspective.

I seriously wonder how many people relate to the Marie Antoinette comment.
Chris Coons: "He's not listening to concerns about lowering costs. Instead he's worried about decorating his new Marie Antoinette ballroom or engaging in trying to figure out how to get his name on more statues and stadiums, or he's sitting across the table in the Oval Office with authoritarians."

Bluesky crowd taking the wrong lessons. Centrists win statewide in NJ and VA. Mandami wins NYC. Somehow, people are concluding that adopting Mandami politics will win nationwide. I wonder if hard-core leftists ever travel outside of a city or eat at a Cracker Barrel or a Texas Roadhouse.

Dems are fired up and are turning up in an off-cycle election. I'm not sure at this point how much victories in two minor statewide elections can be extrapolated to next year.
i repeat, i do not believe democrats will need to moderate in order to win georgia
looks like democrats are about to flip two statewide elections with >20-point margins... in georgia

Bran News (1988-circa 1990): Part of the "bran-mania" trend of the day, this short-lived cereal consisted of o-shaped bran pieces, promoted as being extra crunchy, and featuring "a hint of cinnamon". Available in "Honey Roasted" and "Apple Cinnamon," the latter containing pieces of dried apple.

He had a stellar career as a character actor. I remember him from an episode of M*A*S*H where he was the handler for Gentleman Joe Cavanaugh.
