Face + Scent

I can't seem to upload with the alt description. First picture is me: transmasc person with short brown/grey hair, smiling and pointing to their "you are safe with me" pin. Second picture is a product photo of a eucalyptus-scented cologne.

Bell Island, just off the coast of Newfoundland, is said to be the most haunted island in North America.
It is said there are ghosts, malevolent fairies, mysterious lights and, of course, the famous Bell Island Hag.
This is the story.

#yeg PARENTS. How's it going? Do you need a little coffee break? Bring the kiddos down to Audreys 10am-12pm weekdays. We're reading stories. Because we care about parents, kids and especially our teachers.

Having puberty blockers as a youth would’ve been awesome. But I’m also very happy with who I am today and deeply love all the trans people in my life that didn’t have access to puberty blockers.

So if you can’t access puberty blockers, I hope you’ll still grow up to be just like them—badasses.

A great thread. Not limited to autistic—these are helpful tools for anyone who might find themselves overstimulated while protesting. It can be a lot!
Some advice for protesting while autistic

1. Prepare in advance
Watch footage you find so you get an idea of what's going on and things you might have to deal with. Learn who the organizers are & what the goals are. Learn what the strategies are. Talk them through with your buddy. Prepare mentally.

The great thing about the NDP is that the people who show up for them to work on campaigns, those who vote, really believe in positive change for ordinary people and they want to work for it. They are not cynically aligning values with the bigger parties, they have goodwill, and they care.
