Do I like that freedom of speech means assholes can dehumanize others? Fuck no. As a queer disabled woman, I've been on the receiving end of some of that discrimination and dehumanization.
But do I trust the government to appropriately restrict speech narrowly to prevent that harm? Also fuck no.
