Remember that while food banks welcome donations of food, they prefer $$$$$$$. They have deals with grocery stores and suppliers. You can only buy one dollar's worth of food for one dollar, but they can buy several dollars' worth. So don't, like, buy food to donate it, just give 'em the dough.

The local high school has 69 'problematic' books, and my reading list is getting out of control again. Way to go, local school district!

Update on the call center situation: I'm starting to see people getting jubilant about getting a CSR to break down on them. Y'all. Come on. The CSRs are not your enemy. We NEED to be kind to service workers.
