All right y’all, so here’s the deal.

We’re struggling. Our monthly goal is to sell 1500 books. This month, we’ve sold less than 400.

We need your help. We HAVE to sell 1500 books by the end of Feb to keep our doors open. This was supposed to be a video, but Bluesky can't do 2 mins of video(Thread)

I don't know about you guys, but I sure have some questions about the new NSF policies. Rather a lot of them!

Shall we all ask them some questions? Many of them? Let's get this... cleared up!!

The world has been through anti-science cycles before, to disastrous results

On a detour on my lit review, a mosey through the history of our familiar friend, the standard onion (Allium cepa) brought me right to one of botany's greatest cautionary tales of what happens when ideology overrides data

Tonight was a trash fire. Take 30 seconds to witness the miracle of life.
We could all really use an aww or a laugh, or whatever this it:

The funniest bird sex video I've ever captured, safely behind a rope where the state has given the snowy plovers a safe mating area away from bird paparazzi.

Stick around till the end, it's worth it. #birds

So as it's a new year let me do a fresh reintroduction for 2025.

I'm Luke Agbaimoni, an author & photographer capturing moments at every station and stop on the London Underground tube map.

I also share of photos of the Glasgow Subway and other metro systems as I visit them.

It's that time of year when I ask the Big Question: what were the best books you read this year? (They don't have to be from this year.)

RTs welcome! I want to cast a wide net. No need to worry about if you think I will like it.

My own best books of the year follow!

As a creator, it's so satisfying to see people gain access to jewelry they love. I've made necklaces ultralight, added extenders, used magnets, clips & fidgety bits and made conversions & while it sometimes takes extra time and creative experimentation, it is 1000% worth it. Accessibility matters!
Jewelry is supposed to make you feel good.

That's why we try pretty hard to provide resizing and extenders with clasp customization when we can. It's accessibility as much as anything else.

If you're ordering through a small business, it's totally okay to ask them to accommodate your needs.

Bullet Train

Looking back at one of my fave photos this year

A train shoots out of the tunnel, down the platform & towards a Hamilton theatre poster. It looks like the man is staring down the barrel of his shotgun at the approaching train at Oxford Circus Underground station
