One of the things I noticed, in the first 4 years...there were media things where they'd gather groups of trump supporters, in a room...and go over WHY the hell they supported this man. His Xian supporters.

When a big media company uses genai slop instead of human made art, it is not just taking a job away from one artist to make that thing but *multiple* artists involved in all the things.

I don’t know why I loved the first season of Castle Rock but still balk at Welcome to Derry. Maybe because CR presented itself less as a direct adaptation of a King’s work and more of a remix. Somehow it seems to me like they played with his ideas more… respectfully? I don’t know.

This is very good and I love the handling of this. I love the little things of story you can get in this from the tilted composition to the repetition in the color usage. Also how clear the texture differences are (a thing I'm still working on.)
