Yikes - the land surrounding the Cerne Abbas Giant is up for sale!

Lot 1 is top-quality chalk downland bursting with wildflowers & butterflies - orchids, skippers… going for £950k. It absolutely needs to be preserved. Hope the NT or similar can buy

some people who are intelligent and decent in real life only started posting online on zuckerberg's sites like facebook in their adult years. this is essentially like hitting an infant in the head with a hammer and installing a strobe light inside the skinner box they are raised inside
Lately I have been seeing so many of these obviously fake accounts, usually in a trending feed. What baffles me is that people are falling for it! Do most people have zero pattern recognition? Surely that can be taught, I hate to think there's no hope for improvement

Didn't realise I was going to get hit with a double whammy of sadness, having Ange's comments in there 🥲
How Son Heung-min embodied Tottenham Hotspur.

My piece on his difficult start, his brilliance, his generosity and his legacy.

Featuring thoughts from Paul Mitchell, Ange Postecoglou, Kevin Wimmer and more

Son Heung-min is Tottenham. Tottenham is Son Heung-min.
Son’s 10-year Spurs career ended in Seoul this week, but it was in Bilbao in May that his embodiment of the club became complete

Kane leaving didn't feel like the end of something for me; Son does.

The excitement watching him from first game to last never dropped.

Hope he comes back in some faculty 🤍 #coys

I'm now blocking anyone stating that people protesting vs the government's ban on Palestine Action deserve to be arrested. Yeah, sure, it's an opinion and you're welcome to it. But if you can't understand what's wrong with arresting peace campaigners under the Terrorism Act, I have no time for you.

For context: the cost of the Club World Cup trophy that Trump stole, necessitating the creation of a new one, would clear Morecambe's outstanding player wages and Vat bill.

What is no more than loose change to the top of football would rescue clubs at the bottom.
