Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.

Sounds like when the teacher said "stop talking" the girls were supposed to somehow just magically know she meant "in Spanish" but she never told them that. I don't see how "only English in this classroom" is a rule that would be OK for a teacher to make
