I am super late to the party but "One Battle After Another" lived up to the hype. I can't remember a movie this long that managed to sustain such an engagingly high level of stress throughout.
I am not a big PTA fan, either, the hype around his films rarely lands for me, but this one is deserved.

The few things it does do well are already done better by Stranger Things.

Mike Tomlin sounds more like a corporate executive than a football coach. I've worked at big tech companies for almost 30 years, he'd make a great VP of product after a failed launch of a feature that users hated.

I'd be happy to see Lina Khan take a swing at this. Erik Bottcher is a long shot but I'd consider him as he's been solid at the local level.

Honestly the sad thing here is that this is old news. Cuomo is just another entry in the sordid history of nepotism among politicians in the United States. We're supposed to be a country founded on the rejection of a royal family, but can't help voting as if we want that back.
