My name is Graham Platner and I’m running for US Senate to defeat Susan Collins and topple the oligarchy that’s destroying our country.

I’m a veteran, oysterman, and working class Mainer who’s seen this state become unlivable for working people. And that makes me deeply angry.
Honored to announce our campaign staff union reached a contract. Thank you IBEW Local 1837.

The most talented campaign team in America.

The last time Susan Collins held a public town hall, computers were still running Windows 95.

Susan Collins wants to make it harder to vote.

She just bailed out Trump and cosponsored the "SAVE Act.” Under this terrible bill, if you get married and change your name, or if you can't find your passport — you could be turned away from the polls.

As I was saying before a fish rudely interrupted:

The military industrial complex has done nothing to improve the lives of working- and middle-class Mainers. Quite the opposite.

The world has lost a true giant.

Rev. Jesse Jackson understood the power of organizing, the power of movement politics, and the power of people. We look to his legacy as we take lessons from the civil rights movement for the political perils of today.

Windows of opportunity in American politics are few and far between. D.C. Democrats have failed again and again to meet the moment. They failed in 2021, they failed in 2009, and they failed in 1993.

When we have Congress and the White House in 2029, we cannot fail again.

The people who destroyed the environment are the ones who should pay for it.

Instead we're still giving them subsidies.

From the seas to the forests, Maine depends on our climate.

The Trump administration and the current Supreme Court don't care and never will. They'll let it all burn if it keeps fossil fuel share prices up.

The eyes of the world have turned away, but Gaza is still starving and the West Bank is still being annexed piece by piece in blatant violation of international law.

The hardest journeys can never be done alone. Amy’s support, compassion, and dedication to making this world a better place for us all makes this entire endeavor possible. I love you so much Amy Jane, Happy Valentine Day.

Trump has stripped the EPA of its power to fight climate change.

If left unchecked, climate change will destroy Maine's lobster industry. It will decimate our fisheries across the board. The rapid warming of the gulf of Maine is a fundamental threat to our entire way of life.

It is impossible to represent working people, to represent those who labor and those who struggle, and also represent those who exploit us.

The Democratic Party must choose.

Nearly 60% of Americans are Millennials or younger. Yet we make up just 4% of the U.S. Senate.

No wonder we don't feel represented. Because we aren't.

Every politician says "more housing." It's not enough to say "more housing." We should demand a serious housing agenda.

Build millions of public units. Pass a nationwide tenant bill of rights. Ban hedge funds owning homes.

Susan Collins: I'm running for re-election because "independence matters"

Also Susan Collins:

Thirty years ago Susan Collins pledged to retire after two terms.

Today she announced she’s running for a sixth term.

Her word, as always, meant nothing.

Susan Collins pledged to only serve two terms in the Senate.

Thanks for always standing up for the working class @dropkickmurphys.com. Incredible to stand up there with you tonight.

Republican politicians love trotting out and pretending to support veterans and the 2nd amendment. But the truth is most of them will sell both out at the drop of a hat.

We held five public campaign events this weekend.

Susan Collins held her usual number of events (zero).

No one can explain to me how what I did in Iraq and Afghanistan made anyone's lives better in Sullivan, Maine.

We get dead soldiers, dead civilians, and young men and women with nightmares and drinking problems. And a Raytheon exec gets another yacht.

Hannaford is pricing groceries higher in lower-income rural communities in Maine.

Corporate profits skyrocket while we all feel the squeeze.

Here's how the Democratic Party can "win back young men." (And it's not by paying Democratic consultants tens of millions of dollars to figure it out.)
