Nothing feels fake about him, unlike Labour, where all their responses are prepared and scripted, and the same buzzwords are repeated.

"Polanski was joined by many Labour MPs in opposing the government’s plans, although most of them are thought to be prepared to reluctantly support the measures."

What's the point of being in Labour?

Thinking about how the perfectly sane and humane - and not remotely radical - words coming out of this man’s mouth makes him an outlier in today’s political landscape.
A Government of cowards.

Rather than tackle inequality - they've gone for pensioners, disabled people and now it's people fleeing war and persecution.

They can't get away with this.

You hit the nail on the head (as per) by exposing the pattern of groups this cowardly gov’t are going after, whilst they give the billionaires a free pass.

I know. I think labour are becoming more right winged themselves. They're just more sneaky about things like, providing Isreal with weapons and arresting people for peaceful protests. I expected better.

Well said Zack Polanski

Great corrections of the bull spouted by the 'reform' councillor too.

I don't know how you could sit next to the woman in the red after her eyeroll. You were absolutely right to draw comparisons to Nazis and her refusal to take that seriously tells us everything we need to know.

Proud to be a member of a party that values honesty and directly calls out injustice. ✊💚

Thank you Zack for everything you said, for not being afraid to show real emotion , for speaking for all of us who are deeply appalled and, more importantly for the people whom the government is quite prepared to scapegoat, to steal from, to endanger and left to live in fear

Thank you for being furious.
I'm furious.
This is pure cruelty in the most despicable way and I'm tired of the idea that they can announce this but if we don't oppose it in a way which doesn't make people feel judged for their cruelty we're being hysterical and unreasonable.

Great to see a politician who is actually pissed off at this situation.

I’m sick of people having to remain calm and dignified when most of the people in this country are angry at how shit things have gotten and that our government is failing to help the most vulnerable.

You make it sound like Starmer doesn’t know who or what’s behind the “ghost” immigration issue. It is exactly like Britain’s Starmer/Zionist-manufactured fake antisemitism issue, created to put the populace on a back foot in preparation for a virtually resistance-free live-streamed genocide.

He's a ghost fighting a ghost. But I believe many of the others - the Streeting/ Mahmood/ Glasman/ McSweeney crew - are pushing these measures not because Reform wants them but because they do.

Starmer’s anti-asylum policies show how utterly clueless he is about the right-wing media’s role in politics.

He’s trying to fix a “problem” contrived by Farage, GB News and The Telegraph. He’ll never win, because ultimately he’s fighting a ghost – he’s fighting something that doesn’t really exist

Imagine what our NHS could have done with the money wasted on PFI — the hospitals, staff, care.

Instead, we paid 70% more for buildings that left trusts drowning in debt.

And now they want to resurrect it.🫨

Nestlé still are at it.

I haven't drunk Nestlé coffee for four decades because of the horrific baby milk scandal.

With a multinational the size of Nestlé, it is hard to avoid their products, but I do try because the company knows what it is doing, and does it anyway.

"Great Britain" is mythical. Our cities are littered with the spoils of historic slavery, with stolen artifacts, tributes to beacons of revisionist history, slavers, rapists and murderers. Our society remains unequal, unjust and cruel. People today have funny ideas about what an empire really means.
