Britain and the EU have agreed a fresh Brexit deal that will see Gibraltar open its borders with Spain, abolish passport controls with the EU, and join the EU customs union.

Not main point but very revealing that Laura Kuenssberg keeps on talking about the "child benefit cap" in *tax credits* (it's Universal Credit, and has been for most claimants for some time).
