Trans people are the only group of people where rape is an acceptable part of a prison sentence. When a person is convicted of a crime, they're given a prison sentence, fine, probation, etc. Not "6 years plus constant rape".

I honestly don't know what the solution is here because it's entirely asymmetrical. The truth is whoever can repeat something enough rather than objective reality. I detest propaganda but I have yet to see an effective counter to it. There's a reason why authoritarian regimes use it. It works.
