Pro tip: if you are in a random building in midtown and a handwritten sign by the elevator says "World's Best Cheese, 5th floor" - go to the 5th floor. You might just stumble on an Aladdin's cave of high end cheese samples meant for the pros, but with no bouncer to keep out riffraff like you.
