Out of roughly 153 million votes cast in this election, the presidency was decided by 230k across the three states of Wisconsin (30k), Michigan (80k) and Pennsylvania (120k). That's 00.15%.

This remains an extremely closely divided nation. Any agenda viewed as extreme is likely to face backlash.

One of my inordinately strong views is that the lack of public toilets in this country is a disgrace. Not only, as the superbly named Cornelius McAfee explains, is it a public health failure, but it's a missed opportunity to repurpose beautiful, disused buildings & even create some new architecture!
Yesterday saw the launch of a 'London Loo Alliance' to beat the drum for more public toilets.

‘Public toilets are the hallmark of a civilised society,’ said one campaigner. ‘The Romans understood this, but our local authorities don’t seem to.’

What's behind Trump’s gonzo cabinet nominations?

Flood the zone? Yes, but it's deeper than that.

Trump wants to deflect our attention while he and his fellow billionaires loot America.

He's on his way to creating a government of billionaires, by billionaires, for billionaires.

It's Twitter owns your stuff day. Their terms of service update comes in to effect saying all your words and pictures can be used in their ai. Just as soon as I've got my history file off them I'll be deleting everything.

I’m seeing a narrative taking shape about ‘liberals leaving X’.

Just to be absolutely clear, people are leaving X because:

▪️The information shared on X cannot be trusted.

▪️The accounts on X cannot be verified.

▪️The algorithm cannot be countered.

▪️The user experience will not be fixed.
