Earlier this week my constituent, Badar Khan Suri, a Georgetown postdoctoral fellow, was detained outside his Rosslyn home.

He remains in detention despite not being accused of a crime, a clear violation of his constitutional rights. He must be released.

Trump called them criminals

It was a lie

He deported them anyway

Defying a court order

Then his DOJ argued no court may even question him

And he called to impeach the judge

-Disappearing innocent people

-Abrogating judicial authority

-Attacking judges who apply the law

The stuff of tyrants

Our call for Chuck Schumer to step down is not a distraction.

It is a demand for the Democrats to zealously counter the threat presented by Trump & the GOP with urgency & strong capable leadership.

Schumer has demonstrated by his capitulation to Trump, he lacks the capacity to meet this moment.

I’m absolutely fucking LIVID at my senators right now.

I cannot believe how absolutely feckless they are.

Truly disgusted right now watching them capitulate to Trump and Musk’s vile administration and dangerous agenda.

NEW -- Remember that reporter who asked Zelenskyy why he wasn't wearing a suit?

His former "news" outlet has taken $192,000 from the Trump campaign -- nearly half of which took place while he was program director director there.

relatedly, why is the entire political press completely uninterested in the verifiable fact that JD Vance has close relationships with online nazis?
Seems like why the meeting imploded was more like "Trump is senile and has lost all impulse control and JD Vance is pickled in online fash propaganda" www.semafor.com/article/02/2...
Why the Trump-Zelenskyy meeting imploded
It happened in part because the White House perceived a loss of focus on the reason they were even gathering.

DOGE recommends cuts to the FAA.

Hundreds of workers get fired, including those tasked with producing air traffic navigation maps.

Now Starlink is reportedly in line to take over a $2 billion contract to upgrade the nation's air traffic control systems.

See how this works?

People are fleeing Florida and Texas. As of Jan. 2025, those states collectively accounted for over 30% of ALL homes for sale in the US. Florida had 157,221 active listings—the highest in the country—followed by Texas with 102,552.

Repressive state governments and rising insurance are to blame.

Instead, he spent 40 million on Super Bowl ads attacking USAID!

Disturbing ties between Kash Patel and SHEIN — a PRC company implicated in forced labor in Xinjiang. He has millions in shares and won’t divest.

Especially concerning amid reports that DOJ/FBI is going to reduce focus on PRC influence efforts in the US.
