And those rental vehicles ICE uses and is reported to switch license plates on them,... local police need those metal tire-boots and put a boot on ICE vehicles found in violation of the law. Citizens can follow them, video, report which rental agencies are supporting ICE and inform local police.

An old rooftop antenna (attic/USA) feeds the TV signals via coax to Tablo that records like a DVR to a flash drive. A broadcast signal is 720p or 1080i while streaming CAN be 1080p (better). Tablo offers low fee fancy cable-DVR level features. No fee level is adequate. Records on our schedule.
I’m just thinking of this because I’m watching football while not paying anybody a penny: Do Americans know that you can (still!) watch HD digital broadcasts of all the major networks over the air, for free, complete with programming guide data, just by hooking up an antenna to your TV?
